The company is owned and operated by Michael Heal, who has spent nearly a decade working on branded content. He's led talent-centric campaigns for YouTube Music, Instagram, HP, Acura, and more. He knows how brands evaluate talent, the ins and outs of contracts, and what makes a partnership worth paying a premium for.

Michael's journey into management started in 2021 when his now wife, beauty journalist and content creator Kristina Rodulfo, became his first client. He’s personally negotiated over 200 deals with leading agencies and companies including Sephora, Obviously, Dyson, Fohr, L'Oréal, Whalar, Collectively, and more.

Five years in, he noticed a gap in the talent management space. Creators were either giving up 20% (or more) to managers who charged for services they couldn't deliver, or going it alone and not getting paid what they were worth. That’s why he started HAVE AGENCY.
